It is very easy to order from digital tuning, inc. We do not require you to setup an account before you order. However, we only accept orders placed online, and not by phone, fax or email. This information is very detailed, so those of you who have previously ordered products online may only need to use this page as reference.

We have a number of products available for purchase. The easiest way to find a specific product is to choose it from the list in the "products" menu box on the left side of your screen. Each item in that menu box will take you to a specific product's detail page(s). Here you will find out specifications, requirements and other important information on each product.
Adding Items to Your Cart:
In the column on the right side of each product page is the order box for that product. This box contains the price, perhaps some choices on models/styles, and a green "Add to Cart" button. Be certain that if there is a pull-down menu above the "Add to Cart" button, you choose the correct model/style or the product will not be added to the shopping cart. Once the correct product is selected, click the "Add to Cart" button to add the product to your cart.
From the shopping cart, you may update the quantity, delete your cart (which will remove all products from the cart), continue shopping or proceed to checkout. If you wish to continue shopping, you may click the "Continue Shopping" link above the cart list and add more items to your cart. Items will remain in the cart until you either delete the cart or close your internet connection. Once you have chosen everything you would like to purchase at this time, and the quantities are correct, press the "Next" button.
Entering the Shipping Information:
Please enter the name of the person you would like the product(s) shipped to and his/her mailing address. We also require a phone number and an email address in order to verify and record your order. You will also receive an order confirmation via email once your order is complete and we receive payment. Please remember what email address you used to order in case we need to access your order at a later date.
Select a Shipping Method:
We use UPS for domestic shipments and offer UPS Next Day, UPS Second Day, and UPS Ground services. Please see www.ups.com for descriptions of these services. All international orders, including shipments to Canada, are shipped USPS Express Mail.
It is very important that you make certain your order is correct before proceeding. Your total cost is listed, which includes sales tax and shipping charges. You may edit your information by choosing one of the two edit buttons below the cart. If everything is correct, click the "Checkout" button to finish your order.
Please enter all of the correct information for the person who is paying for this order. Use the information that is actually on your credit card/checking account so that the payment can be verified. Be aware that the address you enter is not the address that will be used to ship to unless you check the shortcut box when filling out this information.
You may enter any comments or special instructions in the marked space available. If you will be paying with a check or money order, please tell us in this box.
To complete your order, click the "Place Order" button. This is the last step before making your payment.
The easiest and fastest way is to pay with PayPal. Once you go through the checkout, you will be presented with a PayPal button which will bring you to the Secure PayPal site for payment. You will be able to sign up for a PayPal account if you don't already have one, but PayPal no longer requires you to sign up for an account to make a credit card payment. Once you have completed your payment, you will be returned back to the PocketLOGGER site. You will receive an email confirmation of your order shortly thereafter.
We also accept Check or Money Order. Place an order using the online shopping cart. Just indicate that you will be sending a check or money order in the "Comments" section when filling in your shipping information. There is no need to click the PayPal button upon checkout. Make checks payable to:

If you choose to send us a check, money order, or use PayPal's eCheck service, we will not process the order until the payment has cleared, which could take between 4 and 10 business days.
PayPal orders that were funded using existing funds or a credit card are typically processed the next business day. Order payments funded using PayPal's eCheck service (funded from a checking account) take 4 full business days to clear. Your order will not be processed before we receive notice from PayPal that your payment has cleared. Personal checks take 10 days to clear after we receive it. Orders paid by certified check or money order will be processed the next business day after we receive it.
Orders shipped via UPS are shipped the same day they are processed. Orders shipped via USPS can take up to two days to ship after they are processed.
Sales tax is based on the total price of the items purchased and the shipping destination. Some states have higher tax percentages, so there may be a difference in sales tax depending on where you want your order to be shipped. The cost of the sales tax can be found on the Order Summary page when you are placing your order.
We strive to keep our inventory updated. If we have run out of a product we will make note of it on the product's detailed page. If we run out after an order is placed, we will inform the customer of the backorder and will ship the product as soon as it is available.
